Stinky House Flip Update: Ozone Machine and Horrible Trashout Bought 6/7/2019

We bought this house a month an a bit ago for $175,000. It was a drive for dollars deal and super stinky! The people smoked in the home and had pets. We tried out an Ozone machine from Home Depot and it has worked wonders.

We had the home trashed out but our contractor did a horrible job. And yes, I am not afraid to call out people when they are lazy or do not work they knew they should have done. We have worked them for years and the left the garage full of stuff, the backyard full of junk and random things in the house all over. It is a constant battle finding good people!

We also found a weird slot for either mil or drugs. We will have one of our other contractors start work on this one asap and hopefully get it done in the not too distant future.
