As part of #ChildrensHospiceWeek 2023, organised by @Together4ShortLives we are sharing Stephen and Sophie’s story.

Stephen’s daughter, Sophie, 14, has been coming for short breaks at St Oswald’s Hospice Children and Young Adults Service since 2016.

In our third instalment, Stephen reflects on making “special moments” together through the range of exciting activities and events Sophie and her family can get involved in at St Oswald’s Hospice.
