[Pega] Blueprint Workaround — Build from Scratch Again

In this video, I show how to create a new Pega application from scratch in Pega Community Edition.

Pega now shows only the Blueprint option when creating a new application, which makes quick testing and proof-of-concept work harder. I show a simple workaround to bring back the "Build from scratch" button.

The video walks through switching to Dev Studio, editing the `pyShowBuildManually` when rule to enable manual application creation again. I also explain which UI is created by default and how to choose a different UI if needed.

By the end, you can create a Pega application without using Blueprint.
