Speed Drills - Alternating Two-One Knee Drive Drill

This drill is focused on increasing an athletes reaction off the floor with their knee drive. Make sure that you get a rhythm in order to start the drill. This will help create the tempo for which assist in the development in establishing the pattern for the drill.
•Alternating 2-1 Knee Drive Hops 2-5x10-15sec
•Alt. 2-1 Knee Drive Moving 2-5x4-12 ea/leg
