Event 2 of BAWF in Cyprus. I definitely do not class myself as a Crossfitter!

4 Workouts - 1 Day

WORKOUT 1: MAX REPS
Squats - 100% bodyweight
Overhead press - 75% bodyweight
Pull ups - strict

WORKOUT 2:
1km watt bike (relay)

WORKOUT 3:
400m run
90 Hand release push ups
90 KB swings
90 Box jumps
400m run

WORKOUT 4:
30 Wall balls
25 Cal ski erg
20 Pull ups
