Some stories are so special and need to be told.
In this video, I take you through my story which made me, a doctor, believe in the magic of Yoga. Like many people, I also thought yoga is just about some fancy physical postures, till I experienced it myself. It not only cured my longstanding health condition but gave me a newer perspective about human health. It taught me the role of mind body connection, the real meaning of fitness and how health is achievable by doing simple things in life.

You might find this video long, but do give it a watch. It is a conversation with my teacher, who brought yoga into my life. Always grateful to you, Sir.
