Breakfast Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a Homemade English Muffin on the Blackstone Griddle

After making the homemade English muffins the day before, my wife wanted a sausage muffin. I was game, so here it is. Sausage was Neese's sausage right out of NC. The muffin had nice texture, chew, and flavor. Adding the other items was a cherry on top!
