Dominique Woolf of The Woolf's Kitchen was invited by a Southern Housing Association to demonstrate a simple recipe at the launch of their Food Pantry initiative. The Pantry, operated by the Saint Giles Trust, is a shop on site, where residents can buy good quality food provided by the charity FareShare at a reduced subscription rate. Surplus supermarket food is saved from going to waste, helping to fight food poverty and food waste at the same time.
