How to successfully join your scheduled Zoom meetings if you are new to hosting your own meetings

Have you ever invited someone to join you, as the host in a Zoom meeting, and not been able to find them in your meeting later? Here are some beginner tips to help you find your friends and colleagues when you have scheduled your Zoom meeting in advance. It's fairly straightforward to schedule the meeting, but not always so straightforward to meet up in them! This video will help you to avoid some common pitfalls. The easiest way to get into your scheduled meetings successfully is to start them from your calendar (if you used the calendar when you scheduled the meeting). But many of our seniors don't use an online diary, and this video should help! (I notice that Zoom are about to upgrade the software again, so this might not be relevant for long!). This video shows the Zoom controls as they appear on a Mac or PC laptop or desktop computer. The same controls appear on iphones and Android phones, but in different places, so you should be able to work out what to do on phones too.
