INGREDIENTS

*cup measurements are just here for reference but I highly recommend measuring based on weight for more accurate results

⇒ Coconut Chiffon Cake:
6 eggs
20 g + 80 g (1/2 cup total) white granulated sugar
150 g (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
100 g (1/2 cup) coconut milk
30 g (1/3 cup) desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
70 g (1/3 cup) flavourless oil

⇒ Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting:
115 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese
50 g (1/4 cup) white granulated sugar
300 g (1 1/3 cups) whipping cream
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

**I made a typo in the video: the whipping cream should weigh 300 g, not 335 g

⇒ Additional Ingredients:
1 mango
fresh mint leaves

6个 鸡蛋
20克 + 80克 (总共1/2杯) 白糖
