You're Engaging Your CORE Wrong! Well thankfully there is an exercise fix! Almost every instructor/fitness video will say "make sure you are ENGAGING YOUR CORE!" But there is a bit more to it then simply squeezing your abs. This video will take you through a simple series of exercises so you can begin to learn how to properly engage your core during exercise. It doesn't matter what workout you are doing, (running, lifting, biking etc...) this should be the first step before starting exercise. I will also take you through how to engage your core and still breathe at the same time. So let this video be your little dose of healthy lifestyle motivation on your fitness journey!
