I am very scared to upload this but I just wanted to be vulnerable and open with you guys about what's been going on and where I've been. I think its super important to talk about these experiences not only to bring comfort to other people in similar situations, but also to remove the stigma around mental health/illness. *Disclaimer* I am in no way a psychiatrist or counsellor so please seek professional help if you're in a similar situation!
