There is no denying that Ivory Homes is the largest home builder in the state of Utah. I heard from an Ivory Homes agent a while ago, that the owner of Ivory went around buying any lot that he could get his hands on, as the rumors began to circulate that there would be a shutdown due to COVID-19 - smart move.

Fast forward to 2021, we find ourselves in a completely insane real estate market - that goes for resale as well as for new construction.

As I mentioned, this particular community (Palomino), a total of 4 move-in ready homes will be ready to go up for sale - one to go in the next couple of weeks.

The price point is pretty straight forward...starting in the mid 900s will give you a high end home, with the upgrades and options already selected by the builder. In other words, you get what you pay for.

If you're wanting more liberty to pick and choose the finishes, you'll have to go with the other Draper community west of I-15 (West Draper). 2 lots will be released this month, and two more in April.

Going back to The Hamilton...I really liked the entrance with the flex room directly to the left of the front entrance, followed by 19 foot ceilings in the living room adjoining the dining/kitchen areas.

The kitchen was also on point in my opinion. I liked the backsplash, the size of the island, and of course, the floors.

Many will like the 3-car garage; the potential for 3 more bedrooms in the basement; the vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom, as well as one of the additional bedrooms upstairs.

In all, my main selling point is the location for this development. Walking distance to dog park, skate park, splash pad, trails. A short drive to every school (K-12 & private), shopping, entertainment, and every outdoor activity available in Corner Canyon.
