One of these is Amla which is also known as Indian gooseberry and it is a Rich Source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is a powerful Antioxidant. Another is Desi Ghee. Ghee is a good source of Calories and Essential Fatty Acids which are helpful in Baby Weight Gain and Brain Functions.
