12 min FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT | Total Body Routine

Join me for a 12 minute RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your full body. All you need is a light to medium resistance band with handles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This routine is intense but low impact and wrist friendly with no jumping, planks or pushups. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik
