Ingredients:

Makes 10 rolls:

1 colossal king crab leg (" Alaska Star" I bought them from Sam's Club)
8 oz colossal shrimp (size 13/15)
1/2 pkg Hillshire Farms Smoked sausage
8oz frozen corn
2 small red potatoes
10 egg roll wrappers
water to seal wrappers
vegetable oil for frying
Seafood Buttah Sauce (You may cut the ingredients in half):

2 tbs paprika
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs black pepper
1 tbs dark brown sugar
2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned salt
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbs Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tbs Creole seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup onion
1.5 cups low sodium chicken broth
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 sticks butter
*I added about 2 tsps of siracha sauce for some added kick

**Adjust sauce ingrdients as needed.
