Royal Train Tour: Duke and Duchess of Cambridge trade Secret Santa gifts with students

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Cardiff this morning for the final leg of their UK tour, as the Welsh health minister admitted he would prefer it if "no-one was having unnecessary visits".

Vaughan Gething waded into the row about the royal couple’s decision to travel despite widespread restrictions after Nicola Sturgeon refused to endorse their visit to Scotland yesterday.
