Why did I call it the Great Satellite Shower? See for yourself in the movie...

Meteor Showers are periodic events that occur several times a year. This is because the Earth, orbiting the Sun, passes through streams of dust left by various comets.

Satellite shower is a human-caused phenomenon. In summer, when the Sun hides quite low below the horizon, it illuminates the bottom and side of satellites orbiting the Earth. Thanks to this, they are more visible and if you take a time-lapse movie, you can see for yourself how many satellites are flying over our heads. Many of them can be seen with the naked eye without any problems. Satellite Shower is a name coined by me. Most of the satellites you've seen in this video are Starlink Satellites by SpaceX
