How to make a DIY Marquee number letter. In this video I show how I created the number one marquee letter with lights. It was for a event and I had procrastinated and had 3 days to make it on my spare time after work. There isn't a lot of detail as how to or the video would be 30 minutes long. I can talk a lot.
