In this video, I will show you some Dollar Tree foam board number and how to make balloon mosaic as part of some 18th Birthday Ideas. This is a sequel to my video on how to make marquee numbers with lights for a Dollar Tree DIY Birthday Décor. These are 5ft Giant Marquee Numbers using Dollar Tree foam boards - so you can add this video to your foam boards DIY projects.

This Dollar Tree foam board DIY is an inexpensive way to add to your DIY Dollar Tree birthday decor or DIY Dollar Tree birthday decorations as these DIY foam board numbers and giant marquee numbers with lights cost less than $100 including balloons compared to buying. If you enjoy doing it yourself, then add this 18th birthday decoration ideas at home to your dollar tree party decorations DIY list.

I am making these as part of an 18th birthday decor setup for a lovely mum looking to surprise her beautiful 18 year old. Besides being a very budget friendly party decor DIY or budget friendly Dollar Tree party decor, this is a very easy and simple DIY and all you need is some patience.

***Materials used***
- 4 Foam boards per number (15 in total - extras needed for the frame)
- 2 Packs each of 5'' balloons in white, baby pink & metallic rose gold
- 1 Pack each of 11'' balloons in white, baby pink & metallic rose gold
- Electric balloon pump
- White Duct Tape
- Glue gun and glue sticks
- X-Acto knife and/or cordless electric cutter
- Number or letter templates or projector to trace them out
- A lot of Patience & Love :)
