Tommy talks about how Tyrone helps him especially lately with Covid 19

Lions Foundation Dog Guides asked about how Tommy and Tyrone are doing, and how Tyrone his Autism Assistance Dog Guide has been helping him, over the past year since Tommy received Tyrone! Tommy had interesting things to say. Because of Covid 19, so much has changed in Tommy's life in terms of daily routines, travel, outings, etc. Tyrone has not been working outside the home as much as we had expected, but Tommy and Tyrone have bonded beautifully, and Tyrone has made a magical difference in Tommy's life in a number of very special ways as they have bonded. Adel is always also nearby, and loves to nap, and has appreciated that Tyrone is here as a new friend to her, and as a helper to Tommy to always be ready to roll at times when Adel would rather nap! Adel is now 11 and happy, healthy and still her wonderful self, but she was very ready to retire when Tyrone arrived! Thank you to everyone at Lions Foundation Dog Guides- the trainers, volunteers, puppy raisers, fundraisers, administrative staff, and everyone who plays a role in providing Dog Guides to people like Tommy.
