How to Cook Rice ~ Noreen's Kitchen Basics

Greetings! Since I have had so many requests from people asking me to show them how to cook rice and because the meal I am making tonight includes rice, and because I have never made a video on this, I decided to go ahead and show you how I cook rice.

I have used regular long grain rice in this recipe. You can cook other types of rice in a similar fashion, but they may require more or less cooking time or more or less water, so you should always consult the package directions to make sure of the different amounts of rice, water, salt etc.
