2-minute warmup
- 30-second easy cycle
- 30-second easy climb
- 30-second easy cycle
- 30-second easy climb
Round 1
- 15-seconds hard (high resistance, high cadence)
- 15-seconds recover
- Repeat 6 times.
Round 2
- 30-seconds hard (high resistance, high cadence)
- 30-seconds recover
- Repeat 3 times.
Round 3
- 45-seconds hard (high resistance, high cadence)
- 45-seconds recover
- Repeat 3 times.
Round 4
- 30-seconds hard (high resistance, high cadence)
- 30-seconds recover
- Repeat 3 times.

- 15-seconds hard (high resistance, high cadence)
