Underwater Volcano Experiment!

A simple simple experiment that looks like an underwater volcano! A great experiment to teach children about the science behind convection current and diffusion.

Materials required:
1. A large jar
2. A small bottle (e.g. an empty salt shaker)
3. Twine / String
4. Food colouring

*Take note to make sure the food colouring is well mixed in the hot water.
