Jobmother’ Hayley Taylor, a self professed benefit’s buster, is challenged with getting Britain’s most work-shy people back into work. Each week, Hayley will meet families where three generations are out of work, and convince them, with tough love and encouragement, that being employed beats spending the rest of their lives on benefits.

Hayley travels to London to help 45-year-old single mum Lynda Phillips, who has only worked for 14 months in the last 19 years, and her unemployed son and daughter.
