What It's Really Like Eating Raw Horse Heart

While on the island country of Malta, I discovered that the infamous episode from Game of Thrones in which Daenerys eats a whole raw horse heart was shot there. Not only that, but the inhabitants of Malta have eaten horse throughout their history. So... I went on a hunt to see if I could take on the challenge of eating a fresh raw horse heart.
