Have you ever wanted to do something for years, but the timing just didn't feel right? Sewing my own wardrobe has been on my mind since our Berlin days. I'd look at capsule wardrobes online and think about how special it would be to make my own one day. I made Pinterest boards with inspiration, but van life and boat life didn't really create a conducive environment for non-essential sewing projects. However, 2022 feels like my year to tap into my family history of seamstresses. This is going to be a really fun journey of exploring how to not only improve my craft of sewing, but also explore my personal style, how to use patterns, how to make my own patterns in the future, and express myself in a whole new medium!

Are any of you clothing makers? knitters? quilters? thrift flippers? Or are you a sewing beginner like me who is just getting started and has SO much to learn? I am really excited to explore all different types of fabric crafts this year and really hope we can learn and inspire one another to live creatively!
