Hi Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today I showing a yummy recipe , COWBOY TATER TOT CASSEROLE!! You probably have most of the ingredients in your fridge or pantry right now! Now I'll confess a little something....Ezra , my youngest, is quite the picky eater. He 'throws down' when he doesnt want to eat something. Hmm a little reminiscent of when I would see mushrooms on my pizza. Well Ezra saw this casserole & was like "NO WAY!" I was like "YES WAY!" & he ate it...and loved it! So it's EZRA APPROVED LOL!!!
