Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
1lb Ground beef
1 package Taco Seasoning
2 / 10oz. cans diced tomatoes and chilies
1 medium onion / 1 green pepper
1 cup mushrooms / 1 tbs. minced garlic
1 can of corn / 1 can of refried beans (1lb.15oz)
1 / 8oz package of medium cheddar shredded cheese
2 lb. bag of frozen tater tots
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Bake for 25 minutes at 425
Cover with cheese bake for 5 minutes at 425
Serve with salsa, quacamole, sour cream, chives
