Accident 4/1/2020 11:20AM Rear Camera View $9,000.00 damage plus injuries.

Rear camera view of accident on Wendover Avenue as passing on-ramp from Holden Road in Greensboro NC.
Heading West on Wendover Ave in Greensboro NC. Car enters from Holden Road on ramp on left. Passes Yield sign at speed behind a black SUV. SUV puts on right turn signal and merges into left lane. Driver of the Audi states he did not see me in center lane. Driver of Audi crosses solid white line of on-ramp for merging, no signal is on indicating intentions. Driver of Audi goes from on ramp to center lane without signaling or checking for oncoming traffic. Because the black SUV is in front of the Audi the Audi can't use its raw power to accelerate so in less than a second he goes from on-ramp to center lane without being sure there is room for him to come into the center lane. Before I can react Audi's rear passenger quarter panel strikes my front drivers side fender and bumper. The Audi loses control and spins out. Luckily no other cars involved. Audi's insurance initially denied fault but later changed their mind after receiving the police report. Having the dash cam was very helpful in showing what happened but even when their driver is at fault an insurance company will try their best to shift the blame so learn from this because it can happen to you!!!
