Early on in my time living abroad in the Czech Republic, I was amazed to stumble across an article claiming that of the 179 countries compared in a 2017 study, the Czech Republic was named "the unhealthiest country in the world." How did they come to that conclusion? Is the health of the Czech people really as bad as they say, or is there more to this story? Tune in as I explore the beautiful Stromovka park in northern Prague and break down my impressions of the public health situation in the Czech Republic.
