Destination: 12.5 km flight and self-landing
SpaceX Starship SN8 will attempt a flight to 12.5 km in altitude, tilting to perform a "belly flop" descent, and hopefully propulsively land safely back on the pad. Yesterday's launch attempt experienced an automatic abort at T - 1.3 seconds, triggered by one [or more] of the Raptor engines.
