SpaceX Boca Chica - Starship SN8 Flap Testing and Final Wet Dress Rehearsal Before Launch

Starship Serial Number 8 underwent some body flap testing, as well as a wet dress rehearsal ahead of its first attempt at a high altitude test flight.
