Digital End-User Experience (DEX) Introduction
Digital End-User Experience (DEX) is a product that IT deploys on end-user devices to monitor applications, networks, and devices to detect issues before it causes downtime and impact employee productivity. The biggest challenge IT Organizations face is that they are reactive, the only way that they could identify the problem is when an employee complains by submitting an incident ticket. Also, these issues are related to SaaS apps that are completely disconnected from Cloud or On-Prem which would give early visibility to the customer. Even worse is when employees don’t even complain about their issues, and IT on the other side, does not have insights into the issue that employees are facing, and IT would like to know the problems the employee are facing. IT would like to move from being reactive to proactive.
