How do you practice sound meditation? Brought to you by Pukka Herbs. The purpose of IO Project is to encourage you to think, feel, play, and re-connect. You could call it the antidote to apathy for adults who’ve forgotten how to play. Created by DJ Goldierocks, having spent the last decade travelling the world as a DJ & broadcaster, she was very familiar with the need to seek balance. Let Sam take you on a guided sound meditation using gongs, singing bowls, and mantras to help you let go, deeply relax, and enter into a deep meditative state.
N.B. To get the most out of this session, Sam recommends creating a quiet, private space for yourself, where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down, on a yoga mat or in bed with a blanket, shoes & bra off, warm socks on! Create a cosy hygge den for yourself - a comfortable pillow or lavender eye mask & bergamot essential oil are all recommended. Then get ready to just let it all go...
Precautionary guidance for sound healing:
It is advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol beforehand. Pregnant women in their first trimester or those with pacemakers should avoid. Those with sound-sensitive conditions or with metal implants may be affected by the sounds and vibrations. Before attending a session, please seek medical advice if you have any questions or concerns.
