Expunge the Plunge - save valuable seconds in Fusion 360 CAM by plunging faster

This is probably applicable to HSMWorks and Inventor HSM as well.

Update... I disabled the feed height for all the 2D contours in this job (~43 of them in 5 setups) and the total savings was 2 minutes, 8 seconds (according to the machining time estimate). That's a savings of ~11.5% for those ops and a savings of ~8.5% for the whole project. Considering machining time only, that means I could mill 12 in the time it used to take to mill 11. Worth the risk? I think so, but I still haven't actually run the code so I may have a different opinion after I do.
