Hanle was my last destination in 2017. After reaching Hanle, I was more of in a relaxed mood. Though the route I am going to take back will be partially different from where I reached Hanle. The route I will be taking is more popular for Tso Moriri lak
e. You can feel from my drive that I am a bit relaxed and taking it a easy to reach our destination. From Hanle, I determined to reach Jispa before sunset and in winters sunsets at usuall 6 - 6.30 pm. Jispa is around 380 Kms away from Hanle. The roads are not that good. Though you will find good roads in between. But most of them are bad. Somehow we slept early last evening and then woke up around 3:15 am in the morning. Nothing to do and wait for sunrise, we thought why not start right now. Hanle to Loma is a wonderful drive and can be easily done before sunrise. So we left at 3:30 in the morning and I cant explain how beautiful the drive was, not via terrain but the sky. Morning star Venus was as big as moon. The sky was full of stars & galaxy. Too bad we didnt take pictures at the time. The temperature was quite below 0. It took a while for my car to start up.
