Lighter vs. gas Torch on bad windy weather #Shorts

Hi,

I had opportunity to test lighter and a gas Torch on very windy weather and even raining started. The lighter wouldn't even keep flame, where the Torch would even start a fire on peace of eggs paper box. The torch is Dremel VersaFlame, the one I did review already.
