1️⃣ Free set up: wrap your rope to a post, tree, squat rack or kettlebells to start using your rope. As long the anchor point is sturdy and heavy enough so when performing the exercise that is stable.
2️⃣ Caution!!!: Make sure your anchor doesn't have sharp and rough edges or bolts that can fray your rope as you use it!
3️⃣ Buy battle rope straps that can attach to the anchor point to protect your rope from fraying!
4️⃣ Once is set up, get a good workout in!
