We’re all cardio, all the time today with a fun and fast-paced inchworm-style workout. I’m demonstrating this routine as a MODERATE DAY, but you’re welcome to take it at whatever pace works for you.
Low impact cardio is great for:
✨ Improving your mood
✨ Strengthening your bones
✨ Boosting your metabolism
✨ Increasing your cardiovascular endurance
And it fits into any well-rounded workout routine. Today’s video has no jumping, no transitions to the ground and needs no equipment, but it does include a warm up and cool down.
