We got invited by NOT FRESH a specialty dry-aging shop to Lobster Burger Bar for this event.

Event Highlights:
-Live cutting demonstrations showcasing
-Food stations and premium open bar

-40 Day dry aged beef chips
(So good, like jerky, bacon and a roasted prime crackling, the fat tasted amazing)

[SUSHI]
-14 Day aged torched Norwegian Salmon
-28 Day aged torched Australian M8 Wagyu
(Torched to bring out the flavour of the aging, buttery, rich, could eat endless)

CHICKEN
-7 Day dry aged Chicken Thigh
(Most exited for, unique, extra crispy, almost milky, umami that hangs on your pallet)

[PORK]
-21 Day dry aged Pork Belly
( Thin made it taste like bacon, it’s not cured or smoked, almost browned rib bark, umami that hangs with you, would love to try a larger cut
[BEEF]
-40 Day & 100 Day dry aged Ribeye
