Tell me what you think of the "roughed up" paint job in the comments. It was my attempt at giving the carving a worn look. I used 220 grit sandpaper after I painted....and just very lightly. I'd like to know if you think I should never do it again or .... I accomplished what I set out to do. I can always go back and paint it again.
In this video, I worked on improving the flat plane style. I tried to make fewer, more meaningful cuts. Let me know what you think. It means a lot.
