Insta360 x4 Beginner First Time Ride and Edits

First ride out to our Central Memorial Park in Coventry with my new toy.
I've been looking at 360 filming for the past year, now was the time to bite the bullet and purchase as Insta360 have not long launched their x5 version.

The x4 was only released last year and watching all the YouTube reviews there's not a great leap unless you really need low light performance and a few other processing additions.

However the Insta360 x4 is now discounted to around £350 depending on where you shop in the UK, that's what I paid at Argos, £399 including a Samsung V3 526GB card.

Then I added the standard selfie stick for £28 again from Argos and another £130 worth of accessories direct from Insta360: the Heavy Duty Bike Mount at £35.99, Premium Lens Guards £30.99, Rubber Lens Cap £5.99, Neck Mount £21.99, Backpack Clip £17.99 and Monkey Tail at £17.99

I only used the selfie stick, bike clamp mount with the x4 here and had a GoPro HERO7 on the neck mount. It's still worth having a GoPro type device as the flat 4K is still a step above the 5.7K I filmed with the Insta360 x4 as that device crops the resolution.

The mobile app for Insta360 x4 is great for on the go video shorts as you can see here on the channel, the clips used here were all edited in the Insta360 desktop application which again is quite a powerful tool.

I then transported them into Final Cut Pro to colour correct slightly and edit this movie, hope you like it.
