Definitely not "low" intensity!

Actually, it is TECHNICALLY low-intensity. But, this workout app is what YOU make it.
This is one of my fave Supernatural tracks. I wondered why my heart rate always got so high (180) doing it (this is not dangerous for me - heart doc has simply decided I'm part hummingbird). I was adding a leg lift here and there, but I didn't think it was enough to warrant that high. So, I recorded it and now see the reason - you'll see full body movement almost all the time. For those who feel like L doesn't get them moving enough, try bootie bounces, throwing your whole torso into a swing, squatting as low as possible, lifting your arms here and there when not required, hip wiggles, dance moves, etc.
Easter egg: you'll see my dog follow my teenager in a path behind me mid-way through the vid - he knows better but gets a small controller-smack to the cheek anyway. I thought I was just too close to the chair at the time. 😐😂
