Supernatural BOXING on Oculus Quest VR - tutorial mode song

Yes, the Oculus Quest virtual reality Supernatural app has introduced BOXING moves to its workout library. This is one of the songs in the tutorial workout, so it is definitely low intensity. Thank goodness, because as you can see, I have NO boxing experience (unless you count the Billy Blanks Tae Bo craze from the 90s).
After watching, I realized how much I'm still moving like I'm doing the old "flow" workouts in Supernatural (e.g. longer arms). I have to learn how to do quicker jabs and keep my arms in ready/guard position).
