Longissimus dorsi lumbar part myofascial stretch

▬ Contents of this video ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
• To perform the stretch seat on the floor with your knees bent
• Feet hip apart and planted firmly on the floor
• Have both arms out extended in between your legs, with both hands in external rotation
• Hands pointing toward the ground
• Flex the lumbar spine
• Flex the upper back
• Tuck the chin
• Push the arms away from the body, in a downward direction
• Feet strongly pushing into the ground.
