Canning Dill Pickles| Garden to Table| Pine Knot Family Farm Vlog

We go from picking cucumbers in the garden to ready to serve at the table. Follow along as Tasha takes you through the canning process step by step to make the best homemade dill pickles. Dill Pickle Ingredients:
1/2 - 1 Cup of canning salt
1 quart white distilled vinegar
2 quarts water
Cucumbers
Hot peppers
Dill head
Garlic pieces
Alum
Let water, vinegar, and salt come to a boil. Pour over warm cucumbers. Add the dill, garlic, hot pepper, and alum. Pour brine over. Place lids and rings on jars and process for 10 minutes.
