Blending With Acrylics

A short demonstration of methods for blending with acrylic paints without using mediums.

I prefer to not use retarders or blending mediums so that I can maintain the quick drying time. This lets me move on with my painting, creating many layers, without disturbing the layers below. A great benefit to acrylics that is hampered when you use mediums.

By developing your techniques with blending, and blending as you go, you can have smooth transitions without mediums.
