Tour de France 2022 - Stage 1 / Tour de Copenhagen (Denmark) - Indoor Cycling Training
The Grand Départ of the Tour de France (2022) started in Copenhagen with a time trial. Belgian Yves Lampaert triumphed over all the favorites and won the time trial on this route through Copenhagen. Copenhagen is widely famed as one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world and more than 60% of the habitants use their bikes to cycle to work. The day after the time trial, the course was turned into a loop called Tour de Copenhagen, and everybody was invited to try the time-trial course. More than 20000 cyclists joined in on the cycling festivities. The route will take you through the different parts of Copenhagen. Among the sights along the route is the Little Mermaid, the Palace of the Royal family, the Royal Library, Tivoli, and the City Hall. You will find bands and DJs playing along the route. Copenhagen is very flat so this ride is perfect as a warm-up and for anyone that wants an easy ride.

Just add music:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is outstanding. But with music, opinions are very mixed. So we have added no music. Instead, we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute YouTube and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, YouTube, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride... We have left the original sound of the ride out. This is because the noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider's breathing drowns the natural sound of the surroundings.
