Dead Dad's Kitchen | Halloween Surprise w/ Geoff James and Reilly Anspaugh

Hi, my littlest spooks!!

This week we wanted to stay on theme and on BRAND so I fucked something up, but made it ~HalLoWeEnY~. Geoff (@iamgeoffreyjames) and Reilly (@reillyanspaugh) made this video perfect so please make sure to find and follow them. | DEADviled Eggs |

8 hard-boiled eggs
Mayo
Dijon Mustard
Salty pep
Chives
Bacon
Bacon grease

Firstly, make sure all of the people that you're serving this to like deviled eggs - including yourself. You all hate them? No problem. Go ahead and make them anyway.

Once peeled, slice your hard-boiled eggs down the middle and pop the yolks out into a bowl.

Cook your bacon (like 4-5 slices) over medium heat to your preferred crispiness level (mine is 'pretty crispy, but still with some chew'. My mom would not be happy with this decision, but ya know sometimes we have to live for ourselves). Set aside and dab off excess oil. Deposit excess oil from the pan into a ramekin or heat-proof tiny baby cup and let cool.

Add some mayo, mustard, salty pep, chopped chives and a little bacon grease to your yolk bowl and mix!

Get to a consistency/taste that you like, pop into a ziploc and pipe back into your empty egg whites!
